How is the fare set?

By the Government of Aruba. The app shows the fare from the official list published at taxi.aw, plus the surcharges the list allows: more than 4 passengers, extra bags, the trunk, and nights, Sundays and holidays. Waiting time is added by the driver at the end of the ride.

Why does it say "Fare set by driver"?

For a few trips the official list gives no fare. The app says so instead of guessing. Agree the price with the driver before the ride starts.

I did not get my sign-in code

Check your spam folder, then ask for a new code after 30 seconds. Codes work for 10 minutes. You can also sign in with Apple or Google.

Delete my account

Write to us from the email on your account and we delete it, with the data listed in our privacy policy, except what the law requires us to keep.
